First Cargraphic 1982 Porsche 911 to be exhibited at RETRO C
Classically tuned 1982 Porsche 911 from Cargraphic will feature all original tuning from 1985
The first Porsche ever purchased by
Cargraphic founders Thomas and Michael Schnarr will be put on exhibit
at the Retro Classics event next month in Stuttgart, Germany.
The car is a white, 1982 Porsche 911 the Schnarrs bought in 1985 and modified but now no longer own.
The original 3.0 liter 204 hp was tuned up to 285 hp and performance
was enhanced with the help of a Cargraphic mass flow sensor kit, a G50
gearbox and a programmed control unit. [See press release for further
details.]
A classic piece of automotive tuning, indeed, including spoilers,
front and rear, supplied by RUF Automotive, a well known tuner back in
the day (1985), and 18-inch racing wheels from Cargraphic's own rim
factory.
The car has been loaned to the event by its new owner who's a friend
of the Shnarrs. It will also be on display at the Techno Classica event
in Essen, Germany from April 1st to April 5th.
The Retro Classics show will be held in Stuttgart next month from the 13th to the 15th of March.
